Please check with @tomas.jirman = new individual instances have been created to replace the broken instance you were sharing so far, I think he has created the users on these instances (and thus he is the only one who know the associated passwords).

Don’t use the category “Defect” for your support requests => the “Defect” category is dedicated to report a fully qualified and reproductible defect on the platform => use the “Support” category
