Autenthification error to new instance

Please check with @tomas.jirman = new individual instances have been created to replace the broken instance you were sharing so far, I think he has created the users on these instances (and thus he is the only one who know the associated passwords).


  1. Next time you post on this forum please give some more context information (at least the instance URL). I was able to understand who you are only thanks to the email address of your forum username…

  2. Don’t use the category “Defect” for your support requests => the “Defect” category is dedicated to report a fully qualified and reproductible defect on the platform => use the “Support” category
