The Simplicite Instance Manager (SIM) version 5.23 has been released.
This version provides new CLI-only actions sim tomcat-<status|stop|start|debug> <name> to ease Tomcat control on a started instance. It also now freezes the Tomcat process during the same action to ensure data consistency.
