The Simplicité platform version 5.1.0 BETA is now available on the version 5 template’s prerelease[-light] branches an/or as the 5-beta[-ligth] Docker images
Please start preparing for this future 5.1 minor release by reading the the draft release note.
Note that this new version 5.1 includes some new features, upgraded third party components and some compatibility-breaking changes that prevents downgrading from 5.1.0-beta to 5.0.x.
An upgrade from an up-to-date version 5.0.x to the BETA stage version 5.1.0-beta is thus to be considered irreversible and should not be done at that stage on your actual dev/test/prod instances but only on dedicated ephemereal instances for preview purposes.
In BETA stage the platform can be still instable and/or present defects, any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
If no blocking issue is raised, this BETA will become RELEASE CANDIDATE by the end or March 2021.
