There has been a packaging issue on last build (2021-03-26) of all versions 5.x branches.
It impacted the initial embedded HSQLDB database setup script. It has been fixed today (2021-03-29).
Please upgrade your SIM servers (sim refresh) and/or your Docker images if you plan to deploy a new instance using an embedded HSQLDB database.
Note: This issue did not impact the existing instances, only the newly created instances.
